The app is a free game and operates mainly offline. No registration, no login with us, and no independent evaluation of personal data by the developer.
The developer does not collect or store personal data. Technically required device information (device type, OS version) may be used internally by the operating system; we have no access.
No active personal data processing by us (Art. 4(2) GDPR). Where Apple services (Game Center, App Store, in-app purchase handling) are used, Apple is the independent controller (Art. 4(7) GDPR). See Apple’s privacy notice.
Optionally the app uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards / scores. An Apple account is required. Related data (player name, scores, achievements) is processed solely by Apple. We have no direct access. More info: Apple Privacy Policy.
Optional purchases to unlock or extend game progress:
Billing and payment data are processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. Refunds follow Apple policies.
No external analytics, tracking, profiling, or ad networks. No cookies or fingerprinting by the developer.
Game progress is stored locally on your device or within Apple infrastructure (e.g. Game Center). No transmission to our own servers.
You generally have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Since we do not process personal data, we can only confirm no datasets exist. For data held by Apple, contact Apple. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
No consents are obtained by us. For any consents granted to Apple adjust your device or account settings.
The app is not specifically directed at children under 16. Parents should supervise usage. No own processing by us.
As no personal data is stored, security focuses on app integrity. Keep your OS updated and device protected.
No transfers by us to third countries. Apple may process globally; review Apple’s information.
No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or outages. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Linked external content is the responsibility of its providers. We perform an initial careful check but have no ongoing monitoring obligation.
Content and functionality may be adjusted or discontinued at any time. Material changes to privacy information will update this document. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
